How do you ship packages?

Packages shipped from our U.S. and European warehouses are shipped via USPS or domestic postal services.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We offer free shipping to more than 185 countries around the world. However, there are some locations that we are unable to ship to. If you are located in one of those countries, we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree to us sending you one or more packages and to receive customized rates when they arrive in your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order is shipped with your tracking information. If you have not received tracking information within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking information says "no information available at this time."

For some shipping companies, it takes 1-5 business days for tracking information to update in the system. If you placed your order more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information about your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be shipped in one package?

For logistical reasons, we can split your order into several shipments. If this occurs, you will be notified and receive a tracking number for each shipment.

Incorrect shipping address claim

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping time, so there is always a small margin to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you provided an incorrect shipping address.

Stolen or lost packages
